Rothwell Reed Immigration is an immigration advice firm, owned by Esther Rothwell, an experienced Immigration Advisor.

Esther previously worked for Praxis, an award-winning human rights charity and Refugee and Migrant Justice (previously Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London), one of the largest immigration and asylum advice charities in the UK. Esther gained wide-ranging experience in immigration advice, representing clients in both initial claims and in complex appeal litigation.

Esther has been an immigration lawyer since 2019 and established her firm in 2025. Her vision for her firm was to create a personalised and compassionate approach to immigration, putting her clients first and arguing their cases at the highest possible level.

She has particular knowledge and experience in complex human rights cases, British citizenship cases, complex EU Settlement Scheme applications, private life applications as well as partner and parent applications.

Esther works with individuals and families around the world, helping them to come and stay safely and legally in the UK.
