Our fees

We want to give you the best information about our fees from the very beginning.

The fees below are our legal fees for the services we provide – they do not include VAT or expenses such as Home Office application fees, the health surcharge, third party costs or disbursements, for example translation fees, interpreter costs, independent expert reports and travel or expenses to attend in person meetings or court hearing. If such additional fees are required, we will advise you in advance. If your application is not listed here, please ask for a quote.

Fees are payable in advance. Where we lodge an application on your behalf, all fees will have to be paid before the application is filed.

Initial consultation

​To enable us to understand your case and your objectives, we offer a one hour no-obligation fixed fee video consultation with an immigration lawyer. It enables us to consider all your options carefully and advise you on how best to proceed.

During the consultation, we can explain your options and next steps. Our  advice is clear, transparent, and easy to follow. We’re here to make  your immigration journey smoother.

Our one hour consultation fee is £125. This fee does not include the costs of an interpreter, if you require one and there will be an additional costs for interpreting.

The meeting can take place over Zoom or Teams. We will arrange an appointment with the most appropriate lawyer according to the information you have provided to us about your case. We will discuss your legal case with you, your options, any timescales and costs. Before the meeting, we will consider any papers or information provided by you by email. After the meeting, we will send you a written note setting out our advice and our estimated fee quotation for any further work.

If you instruct us for further work within one month of the consultation, we will deduct the consultation fee from any further fees.

Legal representation

At Rothwell Reed Immigration we offer personal legal representation and other immigration services based on a fixed-fee pricing system. Our fixed fees match industry standards while maintaining our high-quality work.

The fees are based on the type of application you are making. In general, more complex applications and circumstances will attract a higher-level fee, because they will take longer to prepare thoroughly.
